We offer a 12 month parts only warranty on all our products. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with the product please send us an email or give us a call.

Do you send a VAT invoice?
We will email a VAT invoice once the order has been dispatched.
What paperwork will arrive with the product?
We are careful not to send out any information with the product that displays the price you paid for it as we understand that you may be supplying your customer with this item and using us to drop ship it.
Do you cover the cost of loss of stock/tradepeople?
We understand the importance of getting your operations underway promptly.
However, we strongly recommend that you wait until your unit has been delivered before scheduling tradespeople for installation. Additionally, we advise against placing orders for stock until you have received your initial order. In the event that an unforeseen issue arises that hinders delivery on the anticipated date, we cannot accept any liability for stock loss or for expenses incurred by tradespeople.
How do I make payment?
We are currently unable to take payment over the phone. Payments can be made via our website. We can also receive payment via a bank transfer or payment link sent via email. We can send customers pro forma invoices over. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is made.
